Just like any business, the boutique requires business-savvy skills and requires her knowledge in the office to appropriately plan for each stage of growth! However, you will surely see her on the store floor as often as she can – the sales floor is where she thrives, helping shoppers feel more like they're getting advice from a dear friend rather than being treated like a customer.
