Approved returns are accepted within 14 days from when the order is fulfilled for store credit. Store credit does not expire & will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Digital gift cards can be used in-store and online.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition (no visible wear).

Shoes must be returned in the original box they were given and should be wrapped or packaged in a protective mailer/box to avoid damage during return shipping.
