14-Day Return Window
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or 14 days from delivery (if shipped). Store credit is issued via a digital gift card that never expires and can be used both in-store and online.
Item Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with no visible signs of wear.

While we are not liable for lost return packages, please reach out—we're happy to assist you in filing a USPS claim if needed.
Return Processing
Returns are typically processed within 2–3 business days after we receive them. You’ll receive a notification via email when your store credit (digital gift card) has been issued.
Special Notes
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and shipped inside a protective outer box or mailer to prevent damage.
Late Returns
Items received after the 14-day return window may be refused.
